Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS)

MOPS stands for “Mothers of Preschoolers” – but don’t let that confuse you. MOPS is about meeting the needs of every mom of a child from conception through kindergarten with a group of moms just like you.

Being moms is what brings us together and allows us to build a community, and allows you to meet & build friendships with other moms.

MOPS exists to encourage, equip and develop every mother of preschoolers to realize her potential as a woman, mother, and leader in the name of Jesus Christ.

If you find yourself looking for encouragement, support, and friendship look no further. This organization’s primary purpose is to nurture mothers of preschoolers by meeting their distinct spiritual needs.

Our group comes together twice a month (the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month September thru May) to share, understand, and rejoice in receiving God’s gift of children. Through a variety of fun activities we spend time together making new friends, seeking spiritual growth, and mutual support during this very special time of life.

The MOPS group is served by a Leadership Team of volunteer members. The team works hard to ensure that meetings run smoothly and are productive. During meetings, members’ children (Moppets) are cared for by a group of women, which volunteer their time and love while moms attend meeting.
